Building Rental Only

For those who wish to rent our building only and not purchase one of our all-inclusive packages,  Millennial Falls Event Center now offers the option of a building/garden rental only. Here, you can bring in your own food, flowers, provide your own invitations, etc.

• Use of Supervised Kid's Room and Game Room

• Beautiful bride’s room and groom’s room
• 13 tables and chairs (seating for up to 104 people)
• Bottom linen in white, black or ivory
• Top table linen (choice of 35 colors)
• Player grand piano, sound system with aux hookup, microphone, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV’s and DVD player
• Wedding cake table
• Guest sign-in book table
• Large easel and desk easels
• Gift area
• Dance floor
• Buffet area
• Use of building/gardens for engagement or bridal pictures (as available)

• Any Daytime (8 am - 2 pm)                                              $3,000
• Mon – Wed Evening (4 pm - 11 pm)                                 $3,000
• Thursday Evening (4 pm - 11 pm)                                     $4,000
• Friday and Sunday Evening (4 pm - 11pm)                       $6,000
• Saturday or Holiday Evening (4 pm - 11 pm)                    $7,000

 

 

 

Add an Indoor or Outdoor Wedding Ceremony to your rental.

 

• Includes organized rehearsal, music and bench set-up - Cost: $600
