Alcohol
will be served in accordance with Utah state liquor laws & regulations. |

The
customer must provide all alcoholic beverages. The bartender can pick
up and deliver the alcohol for you at the cost of the alcohol plus
an additional $75 service charge. |

No
alcohol is allowed without a Utah state sticker. |
| |
We
will arrange for a Utah licensed bartender. |
| 
|
If
you are not having Bar Service and would like to bring in one bottle
of champagne for a bride and groom toast, there will be a $50 corking
fee. |
| 
|
Alcohol
may be consumed on premises only when service has been arranged for
and is dispensed by a licensed bartender, with the exception of champagne
punch. |
| |
Alcohol
may only be dispensed while the bar is open. The customer may decide
on the 2-3 hour time period for the open bar, but it must end prior
to 10:30 p.m. |

If alcohol is brought on the premises without prior arrangements and
it is not removed immediately, you will forfeit your $500 deposit. |

If
you would like Millennial Falls to chill any alcohol, it must be brought
to the building the day before or the morning of your event. |
| |
The
paying party must sign an indemnity waiver releasing Millennial Falls
from any liability for any accidents that might occur as a result
of liquor being served. |

Millennial
Falls reserves the right to end alcohol consumption and/or the event
if problems arise. |

Please make your guests aware of all policies so
no problems arise.
